Scarlett Valente
Founder & Owner
Meet Scarlett, your trusted guide to decluttered spaces and organized living. Originally from the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas, Scarlett brings a blend of Southern charm and professional expertise to her organizing endeavors. With a loving family by her side, Scarlett is a devoted wife and stepmom to her daughter, finding inspiration in the joys of family life. Her commitment to creating harmonious living spaces extends beyond her professional pursuits and into her personal life. Scarlett's journey into professional organizing stems from a diverse background. Prior to orchestrating clutter-free transformations, she navigated the world of project management, overseeing the development of homes and luxury builds. It was during this time that Scarlett's passion for creating order and beauty in spaces began to blossom. Before her project management days, Scarlett delved into the realm of self-development and mindset coaching, guiding individuals towards personal growth and fulfillment. Driven by her love for design and a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives, Scarlett pursued her certification in interior design. However, her heart remained tethered to the transformative power of organization. Thus, Whitespace Methods was born—a culmination of Scarlett's diverse experiences and unwavering dedication to helping clients reclaim their spaces and their peace of mind. Today, Scarlett's mission extends beyond mere organization. By seamlessly blending her expertise in organizing, design, and mindset coaching, she empowers her clients to cultivate spaces that not only look beautiful but also support their well-being and aspirations. With Scarlett as your guide, you'll discover the transformative potential of a clutter-free existence, where every corner of your home reflects your unique style and fosters a sense of serenity and inspiration.

Joli Phillips
Business Development
& Home Organizer
Joli brings over two decades of experience as a brand and operations strategist, having turned founder vision into scalable, revenue generating systems across a range of industries. She founded and scaled a consumer packaged goods company from branding concept to grocery store shelves. She built a complete brand platform for a community restaurant, including identity, menu architecture, website, and community presence, anchored by a sustainable, zero waste operations model. She served as execution partner and studio lead for Moss Floral, developing organizational and operational systems for their warehouse. At Motion Stretch Studio, she partnered with founding physical therapists to translate hands on clinical expertise into a scalable training system other practitioners could learn and repeat for over 7 locations. She also took over operations at a mountainside luxury spa, building a refined culture from the ground up. As organizer for Whitespace Methods, she brings that same systems thinking to home office organization, packing, and sourcing. Fluent in both brand identity and operational execution, she blends strategic rigor with a warm, intuitive eye for design.

Laura Omvig

Laura has been in the organizing industry for over a decade. While working in the medical field, she began organizing for clients who were transitioning from their homes to assisted living or nursing facilities. That experience sparked her passion for helping people create more organized, functional home and office spaces. As a wife and mother to five boys, Laura truly understands the busyness of family life and how much easier everyday life can feel when the home functions well. She enjoys helping clients create spaces that feel less chaotic, more manageable, and easier to maintain—giving them more time and energy for the things that matter most.
